At GRUV Entertainment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the electronics in their original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund process.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians inspect the returned device, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
